GARETH BALE AND ROB PAGE SAY THE SAME THING OVER NATIONS LEAGUE RELEGATION

Page was without a number of key players as his side were relegated from the top division of the Nations League after losing 1-0 to Poland. Rob Page admits Wales’ squad needs to be at full strength to compete with international football’s elite. The Red Dragons were relegated from the top tier of the Nations League following a 1-0 defeat to Poland at Cardiff City Stadium in what was their final match ahead of the global showpiece in Qatar.

The hosts were without key stars including Aaron Ramsey, Joe Allen, Ben Davies, Harry Wilson, Ethan Ampadu and Chris Mepham for the visit of Poland on Sunday night. REVEALED: THREE REAL MADRID PLAYERS COULD STILL LEAVE THE CLUB THIS SUMMER

This has been a summer of change for Real Madrid as Los Blancos have said goodbye to a number of long-time players. The likes of Gareth Bale, Isco and Marcelo departed earlier and shockingly, the name of Casemiro was added to that list as well, as the Brazilian has completed an unexpected switch to Manchester United in a deal that could rise up to £70 million with add-ons.

While Casemiro leaving will come as a bigger blow than the departures of Bale, Isco and Marcelo, since the Brazilian defensive midfielder was still an integral part of the first-team, the offer was perhaps too good for Real Madrid to turn down and there appears to have been a desire on the part of the player to go after a new challenge as well.
