REVEALED: THREE REAL MADRID PLAYERS COULD STILL LEAVE THE CLUB THIS SUMMER

This has been a summer of change for Real Madrid as Los Blancos have said goodbye to a number of long-time players. The likes of Gareth Bale, Isco and Marcelo departed earlier and shockingly, the name of Casemiro was added to that list as well, as the Brazilian has completed an unexpected switch to Manchester United in a deal that could rise up to £70 million with add-ons.

While Casemiro leaving will come as a bigger blow than the departures of Bale, Isco and Marcelo, since the Brazilian defensive midfielder was still an integral part of the first-team, the offer was perhaps too good for Real Madrid to turn down and there appears to have been a desire on the part of the player to go after a new challenge as well.

It might not be the end of departures for Real Madrid this summer though as it looks like there are three more players who could be on their way out of the club soon, if things play out according to plan. As reported by Marca, it is trusted that Alvaro Odriozola will leave. On the other hand, the likes of Marco Asensio and Mariano are still available too.

It will be interesting to see how Real Madrid do after letting so many of their players go already and potentially more on the way out as well. Not only are Real Madrid losing a lot of quality but they are also losing quite a bit of depth of their squad as well. And that could prove to be vital if players start to pick up injuries through the course of the season. It remains to be seen how things play out from here and whether the likes of Odriozola, Mariano and Asensio secure moves away or not.

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti will be hoping that he can keep together a very fit squad heading into the new season as they look to defend their UEFA Champions League and Spanish La Liga titles.
